These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Notary Zero’s services, including our website, mobile application, and in-person notary services (collectively, the “Services”). 1. Services Provided

Notary Zero provides mobile notary services to assist with document notarization. We do not provide legal advice or ensure the legal sufficiency of any document. You are solely responsible for ensuring your documents meet applicable legal requirements.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide valid government-issued identification for notarization purposes.

• Ensure the documents presented for notarization comply with applicable laws.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

a. Appointments

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• You are responsible for providing accurate location and document details at the time of booking.

b. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

4. Fees and Payment

• Service fees will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary based on location, time, and the number of documents notarized.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds are not available for completed notarizations.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.

• Have all required documents prepared prior to the appointment.

• Sign documents in the presence of the notary.

• Treat our notaries respectfully and comply with all applicable laws.

6. Notary Responsibilities

Notary Zero notaries are responsible for:

• Verifying your identity using valid government-issued identification.

• Witnessing your signature on documents.

• Affixing the official notary seal and signature as required.

7. Limitations of Liability

• Notary Zero is not responsible for verifying the legal content, validity, or enforceability of your documents.

• We are not liable for damages arising from the misuse or misinterpretation of notarized documents.

• Our total liability for any claims arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes.

• Provide fraudulent or forged identification or documents.

• Harass, abuse, or threaten our notaries or staff.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services for any reason, including violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Governing Law
